What to Expect?
The test is performed at our facility in a safe, controlled environment. You’ll
exercise on a treadmill or cycle ergometer while wearing a comfortable mask that
measures your oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange in real time. The test typically
takes 15–20 minutes, followed by a full results review and personalized
recommendations.
