The MD Plan includes everything in the Foundation Plan plus the MD-exclusive enhancements. All services are provided at the discretion of the provider and within the professional scope of practice.

Spend part of the year in Lakewood Ranch? The Seasonal MD Plan is concierge primary care for snowbirds and seasonal residents.
